ABOUT
Have we got a (re)treat for you. The SPN Mallorca Fitness Retreat – an amazing action packed five days of fitness and outdoor adventure on our favourite Balearic island.
The PWR retreat will run from 16th to 21st May and will be a perfect mix of challenging and rewarding workouts taught by SPN’s superstar trainers, Sarah Gorman and Sophie Stirk. This will include hikes into the Mallorcan mountains to improve your stamina, trail running to boost your cardio fitness, boxing by the pool to improve your strength and HIIT on the beach (just because we can!). There’ll also be plenty of free time for you to enjoy a massage or some down time by the pool.
You’ll be staying at an amazing luxury villa with breath-taking views, set in spacious grounds and within walking distance to Binissalem, a lovely traditional Mallorcan town in the centre of the island. You’ll also have a private chef providing delicious and nutritious meals to fuel your body – previous retreat clients will tell you how amazing our chef is!

*T&C’s: we will be offering various room types and pricing for accommodation – on a first come first serve basis.The above price includes accommodation, meals, classes, one treatment, transport to and from the airport and for all organized excursions. Additional massages and treatments can be added at an extra cost. Flights to and from Mallorca are not included.
ACTIVITIES AND LEVELS
Hike: Easy – Moderate Hike approx 3 hours
• The terrain will be mixed – some hills and climbs, some small roads and some rocky paths. Walking boots or trail shoes are recommended for all the hikes.
Hike: Moderate approx 4 hours
• The pace will be pushed a little more with this hike and the terrain will be more mixed. We will go further and faster with more challenging areas that will require focus and stamina.
Hike: Challenging – Difficult approx 5 hours
• This hike will challenge you. It is further in distance and the changes in terrain will mean that you need to stay focused and really concentrate on your footwork. There are hills and steep climbs as well as some steep descents. You will have a huge sense of achievement once you have completed the hike.
Paddle Boarding:
• *Weather permitting. We will endeavor to take boards out and paddle board. It is a wonderful activity that will test your core strength, balance and focus. Rash vests are encouraged to be worn.
Trail run:
• This trail will comprise of hills and variations of terrain to test stamina and cardio fitness. We will run, jog, climb and walk at varying points. Trial shoes are an essential.
If you do not want to take part in any of the activities you are welcome to stay at the villa, book an extra treatment or use the equipment to work out.
CLASSES
Boxing:
• Using Pads and Boxing Gloves you will be in groups and partners and learn boxing technique, speed, power and precision. We will work on your co-ordination and your cognitive functioning too! Fast, fun and furious – you will sweat and be full of fire.
Strength:
• Training using body weight and possibly weights. Finish feeling strong in every muscle in your body.
HIIT:
• High Intensity Interval training on the beach. Think sand sprints, burpees, squats, mountain climbers and planks. You may need to run into the sea post session.
Barre:
• Using chairs as a barre we will tone, strengthen and lengthen your muscles and limbs to the full. A mixture of ballet style moves with cardio bursts and core strengthening technique. No ballet dance skills or experience required!
Pilates Stretch:
• Each evening we will end the day with a 30 minute core and stretch session with a Pilates focus. After which you can eat, relax and drift off into a deep sleep ready for the following days activities.
